Accuware XML Connector

Accuware has released V 2.0 of its XML Connector to allow users to easily integrate their legacy applications to bartender Labels.

Concept

User has a variety of existing applications on various platforms but needs a quick and easy way to connect their existing ERP software to a utility that allows them to dynamically produce complicated labels. XML connector gives the user an easy tool to allow them to simply create an XML file that references the Printer to use , the Bartender format and any required dynamic data to be printed. XML Connector will automatically launch Bartender in the background to execute the print jobs.

Allows user to store unlimted Bartender formats on your network for use by the software in a designated folder.

Allows print jobs to be executed to any printer. The number of printers that can be accessed is limited by the Bartender Enterprise licenses.

The variety of data and amount of data fields is unlimited and is only set by the Fileds that have been designed into the Label format in Bartender.

The system runs as a Windows 2003 Service or Windows XP service. Therefore it can be set up to automatically process files even when a user is not logged into the server.

Changes to the Label designs can be controlled by the customer and performed in the Bartender design environment.

Can be easily integrated with Web applications to print Labels across the enterprise. Accuware and design and implement the require “intranet” user interface.

Automatically deletes old XML files once printed. Stores any unprinted XML files for error analysis.
